If it is a different company than Amazon you check they are from the UK.
I ordered some goods that took for ages to come through. When I asked them where my goods were they mentioned they were shipping from the USA. I cancelled the order because of the time delay, and I then read the feedback. Seems some other people who had received their goods had to pay large amounts of money on customs duty
This should be made clear when you order I think. So if you are buying from Amazon and it is a different company, do check their feedback first to see if they are importing.
