Yes, I think weddings there are valid in the UK. Check with the Travel agent of course

Yes, everything is taken care of there. I think it is mainly ceremonies performed in different languages and religions that you can sometimes have to go through some sort of legalisation back here (I'm thinking about the famous Mick Jagger and Jerry Hall marriage for example)
