Hi Ladies,

We ordered our stationery from Debenhams and the paperwork we received advised we'd receive the invites 14 days from approving our proofs. The proofs were approved on the 1st Sept and I've still not received the invties. I tried to call them last night to chase them up however the call centre is only open between 8.30am and 5.30pm (I called at 5.50pm) Mon - Thurs and not open at all on Fridays & Saturdays.

I'm starting to panic as I wanted to have the invites sent out by the end of Sept as the rsvp date on them is the end of Oct!!

What if they haven't received my e-mail approving the proofs? What if they've sent the invites but they've got lost in the post? Aaaaaahhh!! I'm stressing

Sorry ladies, didn't mean to rant, can anyone reassure me on Debenhams reliability? xx
