Anyone out there on a diet before the wedding? if so please can you help?
I am currently a dress size 14 and would realistically like to get down to a size 12 for the wedding, a size 10 if I am REALLY good. So do I go dress shopping with this in mind, or do I wait until I am a size 12 before I even look. I'm confused.

How long is it until the wedding? I think alot of it depends on the amount of time you have and if you are generally quite good at sticking to a diet (unlike me lol)
