Venue costs 2 Years, 4 Months ago Karma: 0
Hi everyone, I'm just looking for venues in Cheshire and Merseyside that are dead cheap but absolutely fantastic.....aren't we all?

Just had a look at the Ramada Chester Hotel package for £3000 and, as I'm new to this, I don't know if the price is reasonable. This is whats included:

A Reception drink to welcome your guests

3 course Wedding Breakfast with coffee for sixty guests

A glass of wine with the meal

A glass of sparkling wine to toast your future happiness

Evening room hire and an inclusive finger buffet for up to 80 people

An opportunity to try your chosen menu before the day

A special memory box to store your mementos from the day

Future Bride & Groom’s are invited to enjoy one month’s complimentry membership in our Seb Coe Leisure Club

The hire of the room for the ceremony is from £175 including flowers for the ceremony table

How does this sound?

That sounds like quite a good package actually. I am kind of wishing that we had a similar package as I am doing things seperately and it is turning out to be expensive and a bit of a headache in some areas.

I think that sounds like an excellent price. It's your whole day sorted just about. I've looked into wedding breakfasts for 60 that cost more than that without the booze or evening buffet. Make sure you try the menu and that you are satisfied with the results before you book.

It looks like we are going to do something similar to this simply because of ease. I'm not sure if it is more expensive than supplying your own services at the reception, but it just looks easier to get one venue and one planner to do it/blame it on if it goes wrong
