Hi, we're paying corkage at our venue and providing our own wine (white and red) to go with the meal and also sparkling wine for the toast, either bucks fizz or something similar for the welcome drinks. Where is the best place to buy all this in bulk? Also, what is a safe white to go for and a safe red that suits the majority? I like all wine so could do with some other opinions

Booze Cruise? Not sure where you live but I know people used to day trip over to France for bulk buying booze.

You could try Virgin Wines.

I have used them for a few years for my personal wine buying, it's free to join and you get a wine advisor who you can chat to over the phone, they have the buying power to offer great prices so it's at least worth a try.

As for wine's if you want to remain budget concious and provide a light widely accepted taste try the White and Rose versions of Lambrini.

They do a Perry version which is very light and costs nothing, less than £2 per bottle from most suppliers.
