Kate Middleton is reportedly breaking with tradition on the wedding vows – she will "love, honor and keep" her husband but not "obey" him, according to recent reports.

Kate and Prince William have apparently had their sit down with the Archbishop of Canterbury, Rowan Williams, who will officiate their ceremony next week.

The royal couple is said to have confided in him their fears about the pressure that public scrutiny will put on their marriage, bearing in mind the recent history of royal divorces, but, the archbishop said they're mature and they know "what's at the heart of all this."

It is also reported that since the glowing euphoria of the UK royal wedding announcement in November 2010, there has been at least one apparent sign of stress in the princess-to-be in particular – namely, that Middleton has become "thinner and thinner."

A total 1 900 People will be attending the British royal wedding in the Westminster Abbey, while some 2 billion are expected to watch it live on TV.

On Friday, the King of Cambodia was reported to be a notable absence from the guests invited to attend next week's royal wedding in London. A spokesman for St James's Palace declined to comment on the report that King Norodom Sihamoni of Cambodia was the only royal guest who had not replied to the invitation.

The official guest list for the wedding of Prince William and Kate Middleton on April 29 has not yet been published. However, there have been rumours as to whom received invitations.

It said the 62 royals and heads of states included a number of European monarchs as well as the King of Bhutan, the King and Queen of Malaysia, the Crown Prince of Dubai, the Crown Prince of Bahrain, the Aga Khan and the Sultan of Brunei.

The list of celebrities is headed by David and Victoria Beckham, singer Elton John and his partner, David Furnish, as well as comedian Rowan Atkinson. Film director Guy Ritchie, the ex-husband of Madonna, is also on the list. A surprise invitee is Chelsy Davy, the on-off girlfriend of Prince Harry, the younger brother of the groom. Brazilian-born designer Daniella Helayel, who created Kate's by now famous electric blue engagement dress, has also been rumoured to be invited.

Those asked by the Middleton family include their yoga teacher, the local butcher, postman and landlord of Kate's favourite pub in the village of Bucklebury, in Berkshire, where she grew up.
